Information we process
- Account and business information, including names, business email addresses, company names, store assignments, roles, and subscription status.
- Content uploaded by authorized administrators, including music, playlist artwork, logos, and announcement audio.
- Operational information such as login sessions, device/session identifiers, playback schedules, playlist assignments, error logs, and security events.
- Support and account-deletion requests, including the information supplied in those requests.
Why we use information
We process information to authenticate authorized users, enforce one-device branch sessions where configured, deliver synchronized or scheduled playback, store customer media, administer subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain system reliability.
Company-managed accounts
Company administrators control their stores, branch users, playlists, and uploaded media. Branch-user accounts are created and managed by the customer organization. Branch users should normally contact their company administrator first for access changes or deletion.
Sharing and service providers
Information is not sold. It may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, email, security, and distribution providers only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect the platform, or complete a customer-authorized request.
Storage, retention, and security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, tenant separation, and session controls appropriate to the service. Active account and media data is retained while needed to provide the service. Support, billing, security, and backup records may be retained for limited legal, fraud-prevention, recovery, or audit periods after account closure.
Your choices
Authorized users may request access correction or deletion through the company administrator or the account deletion page. We may verify identity and organizational authority before acting. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect the service.
Children
The service is for business users and is not directed to children.
