Business authorization
You may use Pearl Radio Station only if your organization has authorized your access. Accounts are not transferable. Branch credentials must not be shared, and device/session limits must not be bypassed.
Content and music rights
Your organization is responsible for obtaining all rights, licenses, permissions, and public-performance authorizations needed for music, announcements, artwork, logos, and other uploaded material. Pearl Radio Station provides scheduling and playback technology; it does not grant music licensing rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.
- Do not attempt to access another customer, disrupt playback, probe security, or reverse engineer protected services.
- Keep account and store information accurate and report suspected compromise promptly.
Administration and availability
Company administrators control branch accounts, store assignments, scheduling, announcements, and media. Features may be changed, suspended for maintenance, or restricted to protect security and service stability. Internet, device, browser, and platform limitations may affect continuous background playback.
Subscriptions
Subscription charges, store-license quantities, renewal terms, taxes, and support commitments are governed by the customer agreement or order accepted by the organization. Removing a store or user does not automatically cancel a commercial subscription.
Account suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, policy breach, or customer instruction. At termination, access ends and customer data is handled according to the customer agreement and Privacy Policy.
